'Book Pockets & Cards'

Our VBW Library has recently started a check out process that goes back to the card catalogue era, utilizing book pockets & cards.  Thank you to the JJS Education Division Libraries for recommending these resources.  Right now we're starting with a mobile milk crate that holds the materials and makes them available to VBW workshop participants.  To view available text/dvds please visit the VBW Library at our Facebook: click here.*

Photograph of piano keys artwork, present day.  Click on image to view.  I'm reminded of the group from the 06'-08' years that would use a keyboard in the workshop to produce beats.  I have several of those beats saved that I'd like to share soon.  One of those is posted at the Audio page by Sam aka Mousey for what was going to be the intro beat to our upcoming project about Chess as seen through the student's music, poetry, and Rap.  I'm hoping we can get around to finding some equipment that the youth can use inside to produce beats again.
